Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For orders shipped outside of our home country, taxes and customs duties are calculated based on your shipping destination. You are responsible for paying these fees directly to the carrier upon delivery, as they are not included in your online store payment.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
We can cancel your order, change items, or edit your shipping and billing details up until your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot merge it with another order or add additional items to it. How can I track my order?

How do I return or exchange an item?
Returning or exchanging an item is a straightforward process. You have 14 days from receipt to decide if you wish to return an item. Simply fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form available in your account on vestigecraft.com.
Will I get a full refund for my order?
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). Can I get a store voucher instead of a refund?
Yes, when you process a return, you have the option to choose between a standard refund or receiving a store voucher/gift card.
Can I return a customized or personalized item?
No, orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
