Return Policy
You may return most unused and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us using the form on vestigecraft.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and hazardous materials. Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us through the form on vestigecraft.com with details of the product and the defect, and include relevant photographs. We will arrange a replacement for any items damaged due to our error or a manufacturing defect, and in such cases, the return transport costs will be borne by us.
For defective books or items with production issues that become apparent during use, there is no specific time limit for notifying us and requesting a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
The refund will be credited to your debit/credit card if that was your payment method. For payments made by bank deposit, you must provide the necessary bank account details for the refund.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address we provide after you contact us via the form on vestigecraft.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have approved it, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us through the form on vestigecraft.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
